I’m Andrea, the owner and lead Transaction Coordinator behind Four Pines Legacy, LLC.

I built this business on a simple principle: real estate transactions should be handled with care, clarity, and consistency. No shortcuts, no chaos. Just organized files, clear communication, and steady execution at every stage of the process.

I provide structured transaction coordination services, including listing-only support, contract-to-close coordination, and end-to-end transaction partnership for teams and producing agents. My work is process-driven, detail-oriented, and compliance-focused. Compliance is not optional or flexible. It is a foundational requirement on every file.

My transaction coordination scope spans SAR MLS through FlexMLS, supporting agents across Spokane and the surrounding areas through Coeur d’Alene. I’m well-versed in the requirements and workflows across both markets and tailor processes accordingly.

As the owner and primary Transaction Coordinator, I take direct responsibility for every transaction I support. I remain hands-on, responsive, and accountable within the defined scope of work, because trust is built through follow-through, not assumptions.
